Many insurance companies utilize preferred laboratory, medical imaging (x-ray), and hospital service providers. Using facilities not allowed by your insurance company may cause you to be solely responsible for the bill. Please check with your insurance company before receiving service. If you have a particular question regarding this issue our office staff will try to answer your questions.

Lab, x-ray, and other test results may be obtained by calling the office through which your appointment is made.
