Prescription Renewal

Prescription renewal requests should be made during routine business hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm). When calling for a prescription to be renewed please provide your name and telephone number where we can contact you, pharmacy name and telephone number, name and dosage of your medication. Please allow 48 hours to process prescription refills. All new prescriptions require an office visit. Let us know if your insurance plan or mail order pharmacy requires a specific amount to be ordered. Please do not wait until you are out of medication before calling.
